Welcome to Our Children's Ministry
Our children are the future of the church and our community, so we take seriously our responsibility to co-labor with families in raising up children to be committed followers of Christ. We strive to minister to families as a whole and encourage each family as they grow in Christ together. Sunday School and Ignite are designed to engage the children and encourage family discipleship. This can only happen when families open God's Word together.
Safety
All adults involved in Children’s Ministry are trained and have undergone background screening. In order to provide the highest level of security, we use a secure check-in procedure for all Children's Ministry activities. Children will receive a name badge while parents will get a guardian receipt which will be required in order to pick up your child.
Registration is required for Children's Ministry (ages 3 - 8th grade). This form can be used for Sunday School and Ignite (Tuesday's 5:30pm - 7pm). Only 1 registration is required for all Children's Ministry activities.
Registration
Sunday School
Sunday School is offered to children who are 3 years old through fifth grade. Registration begins at 9:30am at the Welcome Desk. Families worship together in the sanctuary, and then children are dismissed at 10:20am to begin their classes. Children learn age-appropriate bible stories and participate in games and activities. Parents pick up children at 11:45am, at the end of service.
Ignite
Ignite Children’s Ministry is on Tuesday’s from 5:30pm-7pm and utilizes the AWANA program to share the Gospel of Christ.
Parents are encouraged to join the Connect Group that is offered during this time. Children ages 3 through fifth grade participate in Ignite Kids, while Middle School students are a part of Ignite Jr
