Youth

Your faith. Your call.

You're at the age where you get to have a hand in your actual beliefs and understanding. It's not just your parents' faith anymore. You have the opportunity to be challenged, encouraged, and taught truth that you can hold as your own.

A Place for Every Age

6th through 12th grade

At Bethlehem Community Church in Delmar, NY, we serve students from across the Bethlehem area and area schools, whether you're in public school, private school, or homeschooled. This is a place where you belong, where your questions are welcome, and where the Bible is taught as real, living truth that speaks directly to your life right now.
If you're in middle school or high school, this page is for you. Whether you've grown up at BCC or you're walking in for the first time, you don't have to wait until you're older to be part of what God is doing here. You're part of it now.

When we meet

Sunday Morning + Every Other Thursday

Sundays

Families worship together on purpose at BCC. Service starts at 10:00 AM, and your whole family joins in for prayer, praise, and worship. When it's time for the offering, children from birth through 5th grade are dismissed to their own Christ-centered teaching next door. Middle school and high school students stay in the main service for the full teaching.

 Every Other Thursday

Every other Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, we gather just for youth. It's a time of Bible study and fellowship built specifically for students. No parents, no little kids. Just your people, an open Bible, and real conversation.

More than showing up

Being a student at BCC is not about sitting in the back row. There are real ways to step up, step out, and put your faith into action right now.

Get Baptized

If you've placed your faith in Christ, the water is open to you. Baptism happens quarterly during the Sunday service. No age requirement, just a real testimony.

Go on a Mission Trip

BCC sends students on short-term mission trips that are carefully vetted and built around real, purposeful work. Talk to us about the next opportunity to go.

Serve in the Church and Community

From worship and tech to guest services to community events, there are places for you to use your gifts right now. You don't have to wait until you're an adult.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

Partner with FCA to connect with other students and athletes in the Bethlehem area schools. This is faith meeting real life in the hallways and on the field.

Leaders who show up for you

Every Leader Is Vetted

Every leader working with your student has been background-checked and trained. If you have questions about our safety practices or want to meet the team before your student joins, reach out through the form at the bottom of this page.

Safety of Students

The adults who lead our youth are not just filling a spot on a schedule. They've been through background checks, training, and a vetting process because your safety matters.

Leaders that Care

These are people who take their own faith seriously and show up consistently because they believe in what God is doing in your generation.

Find your people

Thursday Nights

Every other Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, students gather for Bible study and fellowship built just for you. No parents, no little kids. Just your people, an open Bible, and real conversation about faith, life, and what it looks like to follow Jesus at your age.
